Here we go! The exhibitors of the last editions of the VITeff received this Wednesday, December 14 the news of the opening of the registration to the next edition. This one will take place from Tuesday 10 to Friday 13 October 2023. Concretely what’s the process?
> Step 1: Apply to the VITeff
This step allows the VITeff organization to analyze your company’s activity, and create your registration record if you are accepted. To find out if your company is eligible for VITeff, see Who can exhibit?.
You can fill in the form here and indicate all the information required for the smooth running of your registration process.
Once the form is completed and your application is accepted, you will arrive at step 2.
> Step 2: Complete the registration package
This step starts when the organization has sent you your credentials to connect to the registration platform. You are therefore eligible for VITeff.
To formalize your registration, you will have to specify in the platform exhibiting all the characteristics of your stand (surface, hall, type of location, desired services etc.)
You have until May 31, 2023 to validate this step.
> Step 3: Formalize registration
After your registration request, the VITeff organization will return to you in early 2023 for the rest of the registration and the final validation of your site.
During this time you can go to your exhibitor space that will allow you to manage your coming to the show (paper to send, services to order, etc…)
