Dates and opening hours

The exhibition will be open from Wednesday 19 to Saturday 22 October 2011, from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., at the Millesium Exhibition Centre, Epernay.

When delivering material, please state that it is for VITeff along with your stand number, and send packages to this address:

Installation and dismantling

In order to facilitate your choice of carpeting, here are the colours of VITeff 2011 aisles:

 Hall Champagne: Fuchsia
 Hall Bulle: apple green

Stands are made available to exhibitors as from 10 October 2011. Setting up will be possible from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., daily until the exhibition opens.

Set-up of all stands must be completed by 10 p.m. on 18 October 2011 so as to enable us to install the carpeting in the aisles.

Dismantling of stands will be authorised:

 on 22 October 2011 from 8 p.m. to midnight throughout the exhibition centre
 not permitted at any time on 23 October 2011
 from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on 24 October
 completed on 25 October at 12 midday for Hall Bulle (canopy)
 completed on 28 October 2011 at 2 p.m. for the exhibition centre as a whole.

We would also like to remind you that, in the Hall Bulle, the Hall Champagne and the annexes, use of a superior quality repositionable double-sided adhesive tape such as REVTEX will be obligatory for fixing carpeting in place.
Non-compliance with this requirement will incur a penalty of 20 € excluding tax per square metre rented.

Finally, in order to facilitate the work of the exhibition surveillance teams, it would be helpful if the personnel installing your stand were identified by wearing either a t-shirt or a badge bearing your company’s name.

If your stand is located in the open air, you can cover it with a canopy. The Rafinon company will provide you with solutions adapted to your needs.
