Communicate your presence at VITeff and optimise your visibility!
Presence in the official catalogue
As a VITeff exhibitor, you will appear in our official catalogue, which has a print run of over 20.000 copies. Give the fullest possible information when you fill out your registration form.
- “News products, innovations and patents” heading (free). You can also promote your new products and innovations, and even any patents you have registered during the past year. This will give you the opportunity to be a part of the Innovation Itinerary, designed to help visitors acquaint themselves with VITeff’s innovative products.
- Your logo next to your presentation (charged). For yet more visibility in the catalogue, you can have your logo in colour facing your company presentation. Rate: 100€ excluding tax.
- Advertising inserts in the catalogue (charged). If you wish to increase your visibility in the catalogue even further, then reserve an advertising insert. If you are among the first to reply, the insert can be positioned near your name.

The official plan
(free) As an exhibitor, you will appear on our official plan, of which over 20.000 copies are printed. Your name and stand location will be included.
- Advertising inserts on the official plan (charged). The plan, along with the catalogue, is an indispensable tool for all visitors. If you wish to increase your visibility, reserve your insert as soon as possible! Rates available soon
The invitation cards
(charged)
This is the most practical and complete way to invite your customers.As well as giving free admission to the exhibition, they also provide all the information that visitors might require, including opening hours, programming and access map.
How to order these cards?
When you register, you can order these cards at the unit price of 0.24 € excluding tax. They will be delivered in June-July 2011. At the end of the Trade Fair, we will count the cards used and re-invoice these cards at 1.80 € excluding tax for each card used.
NEW! Make life easier for yourself with e-invitation cards. E-cards can complement traditional invitation cards or replace them altogether. They cost even less, at just 0.10 € each, excluding tax, and are quicker and easier to send – an email is all you need! In addition, you will only be invoiced 1.50 € excluding tax for each card used. _
On-site advertising
- Open air presentation of material (charged)
In addition to your stand, you can reserve open-air space throughout the 4 days for presentation of material of your choice.
Three locations are on offer :
In the visitors’ car park (3 spaces available): 1.000 € excluding tax for the 4 days
At the entrance to the tent (2 spaces available): 1.500 € excluding tax for the 4 days
Alongside the VIP car park (3 spaces available): 1.500 € excluding tax for the 4 days
Panel supplied by the organising committee, including your company name, name and short description of the material, and location of your stand. Spaces are limited, so reserve yours as soon as possible!
- Front gate advertising streamers
We suggest that you affix an advertising streamer to the VITeff entry gates – you’ll be seen by visitors as well as by anyone passing near by: 500 € excluding tax for the 4 days (10 spaces available).
You are responsible for supplying the streamers yourself
- Dissemination of your brochures at entrances:
Leave your brochure on display shelves at the entrances to the VITeff exhibition – 300 € for the 4 days (display shelves supplied by the organising committee)
Exhibitors’ conferences

If you wish to hold a technical or press conference during the exhibition, fully equipped rooms are at your disposal. Your conference will also be included in the official VITeff 2011 programme!
