In 2007, le VITeff will feature the twin subjects of marketing and the environment. Many events will be organised on these subjects, including :

• The Innovation Prize organised by CCEPC, singles out the most innovative and environment-friendly vine-growing and oenological techniques.

• The European Brokerage Event organised by the Centre Relais Innovation France Grand Est on the subject of "sparkling wine and sparkling beverage technologies"
• The Oenologists’ Technical Day organised by the French Union of Oenologists on the making of sparkling rosé wines
• The 6th Rencontres Espace Champagne organised by the Crédit Agricole in partnership with RVI will focus on "Competitiveness and Creation of value : the challenge for sparkling wines"
  
  

  Take part to many events will be organised on these subjects, including :

• A Biodiversity workshop organised by ITV France / ENTAV with the participation of several French and international specialists, on the following subjects : concept and improvement, protection of the biodiversity, science of vines, development of terroirs (soils), etc...
• A WATER Plan course organised jointly with CIVC, in the context of the WATER plan
• Conference on the improvement of the co-products, organized by the IAR competitiveness area of activity, on the subject : "The use of co-products from the Champagne grape".
• Conference organized by SITMAFGR on the subject "The safety of personnel and equipment".
• The medal and graduation prize-giving ceremony of the Competition for the Epernay Property Champagnes, by the SGV.
• Descriptive tasting of the world’s sparkling wines
  
  

  Eastern countries in the place of honour !

  Delegations from Bulgaria, Moldavia, Romania, Slovenia and Ukraine will be present to offer their sparkling wines for tasting.
  At this event, ADEPTA will organize a conference on the subject of sparkling wines in these countries.
